Welcome to Call Relay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our anonymous call forwarding service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our service.

By accessing or using Call Relay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is effective as of the date you first access our service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above and may send additional notice as required. Your continued use of our service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Service Description
Call Relay provides anonymous call forwarding services that allow you to share one number while routing calls wherever you want without revealing your personal phone number. Our service uses Cloudflare and Twilio infrastructure to provide these capabilities.
4. Account Registration
To use our service, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in illegal activities or facilitating illegal activities
- Harassment, stalking, or abuse of others
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Spamming or unsolicited communications
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with the operation of our service
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
6. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. User Content and Communications
While we do not monitor the content of calls made through our service, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws. We do not record or store call content, but routing information may be stored as necessary to provide the service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability for our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access to our service in cases of technical difficulties, scheduled maintenance, or violations of these Terms.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Call Relay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Relay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Relay and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Call Relay operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as required by applicable law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
